On the February 16, 2015 episode of Raw, he made his appearance teaming with Darren Young to face Konnor and Viktor (The Ascension). After a one-off WWE appearance, he moved to Global Force Wrestling where he made his debut at the GFW Amped taping on July 24, 2015, where he lost to Bobby Roode. He lost to Joey Ryan at the GFW Amped taping. He participated in the three-way number one contenders match along with Brian Myers and Kongo Kong where he lost.

He appeared in multiple dark matches for Lucha Underground from 2015 to 2016. His debut for Lucha Underground was recorded on December 13, 2015, where he defeated Vinny Massaro. Later, he appeared in new character as ‘The White Rabbit’ on July 11, 2018, where he gave the order to Paul London to murder Mascarita Sagrada in cold blood.

He joined Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide making his debut on March 19, 2017, helping Johnny Mundo win the match. On April 12, 2017, he made his in-ring debut where he teamed with Taya and Johnny Mundo in a winning effort against Argenis, Ayako Hamada and El Hijo del Fantasma in a six-man tag team match. He helped Austin Aries in a match against Eddie Edwards on the August 9 episode of Impact. He was announced as Aries’ “insurance policy” the following week. He teamed with Moose in a losing effort against Edwards and Tommy Dreamer at Bound for Glory on October 14.

On May 13, 2019, it was revealed that he asked for his release from the promotion. He lost to Eddie Edwards on July 7, 2019, at Slammiversary. He was released from the contract by Impact Wrestling in December 2019. The following month, he appeared at the Fightland event of Major League Wrestling (MLW) on February 1, 2020.

In February 2020, it was revealed that he had signed with the WWE network. He along with his girlfriend Scarlett was seen in a car watching Johnny Gargano on the April 8 episode of NXT. He made his debut by attacking Ciampa in the following week. His information was updated on WWEShop.com where his ring name was set to be ‘Carrion Kross.’ He appeared in a squash match against Leon Ruff on the May 6 episode of NXT. He got victorious against Tommaso Ciampa by technical submission at NXT TakeOver: In Your House on June 7, 2020.

He earned the NXT Championship at NXT TakeOver by defeating Keith Lee. On August 23, 2020, it was announced that he suffered a shoulder injury after which he vacated the title on the August 26 episode of NXT. He made his return on the December 9 episode of NXT where he attacked Damian Priest.
