She started wrestling in the year 2011 using the ring name Crazy Mary Dobson. Her first professional match was at the IWA East Coast promotion against Mickie Knuckles. When she made her debut at the American Pro Wrestling Alliance, she surprised the audiences by pinning Viper in a ten-person tag team match. She also wrestled for various independent promotions like Ring of Honor (ROH), Insane Championship Wrestling, Juggalo Championship Wrestling (JCW) and Shimmer Women Athletes.
